Thanks for taking the time to read another post of mine.
As an internet marketer, I have primarily focused on promoting products or services from the angle of "Here is the Solution... Now just click the Buy Now button below!"
And, today, I am switching up my game because there is a different tactic to try (to get different results). I am sharing my thoughts on the idea of "Promoting The Problem first before you promote the Solution".
On Facebook, they have an Ad policy that prohibts using direct questions or referring to a person's "attributes".
As a verb, an Attribute is a state being caused by (someone or something). As a noun, an Attribute is a quality of feature regarded as characteristic or inherent part of someone or something.
So, the policy prohibits advertisers/marketers from directly addressing someone's "pain point" or their "problem". Why is that?
Touching on a pain point hurts, obviously, and it causes you to do something.. to take action to alleviate the pain, to get it to stop! Do you already see how powerful that can be when it is applied to online marketing?
